Highlighting Moroccan and African gastronomy, the restaurant L'Olivier at the Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa has earned two international distinctions. It was ranked among the best restaurants in Morocco and across the continent at the La Liste 2025 awards ceremony held on September 20 in Marrakech. The establishment also received the Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice Award, placing it among the top 10% of the most highly rated restaurants worldwide. Under the direction of Chef Mohammed Zai, L'Olivier combines the rich flavors of Moroccan terroir with Mediterranean influences. The menu was recently updated for autumn, offering dishes that strike a balance between authenticity and modernity. In this spirit, the restaurant will host the first edition of the International Gastronomy Weeks from November 3 to 7, 2025, celebrating diverse culinary cultures and flavors. On this occasion, Chef Pedro from the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona will join the program with «an exclusive menu inspired by Catalan traditions and products from the Northern Mediterranean», according to a statement.
