DR ‹ › Algerian fan and YouTuber Raouf Belkasmi appeared before the Rabat Court of First Instance on Monday for the opening session of his trial over charges of public indecency at Moulay Hassan Stadium. The judge adjourned the hearing to January 19, 2026, according to Voice of Morocco. Belkasmi was arrested on January 7, 2026, in Casablanca. The public prosecutor decided to prosecute him while he remains in custody at Al Arjat prison, on charges of public indecency and making statements deemed to violate public morals and ethics during a match or sporting event, directed at an individual or a group. The case stems from a video he posted in which he admitted to urinating in the stands of Moulay Hassan Stadium while surrounded by fans, blaming the intense tension during Algeria's Round of 16 match against the DR Congo at the Africa Cup of Nations.
