DR ‹ › Royal Air Maroc has announced a new direct route between Verona and Casablanca, officially unveiled at the BIT International Tourism Exchange, held currently Milan. The service will begin on June 21, 2026, with three weekly flights operating on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. With this addition, the Moroccan national carrier strengthens its presence in Italy, its second most important European market, bringing the number of Italian airports it serves to eight: Naples, Catania, Rome, Milan, Bologna, Turin, Venice, and now Verona. The route will be operated by a Boeing 737-800, offering 12 business class seats and 147 in economy. Flight AT890 will depart Casablanca at 13:10 and arrive in Verona at 17:20, while AT891 will leave Verona at 18:20, landing in Casablanca at 20:30. The launch follows the strong performance of the Catania–Casablanca route, introduced in June 2025, which has recorded high load factors and robust demand across leisure, business, and diaspora travel segments.
