DR ‹ › Morocco and Bahrain reaffirmed their determination to deepen bilateral cooperation during the 6th session of the Morocco-Bahrain High Joint Committee, held Monday in Laayoune and co-chaired by Foreign Ministers Nasser Bourita and Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani. The two officials praised the strong fraternal ties between the two Kingdoms and expressed their shared commitment to expanding cooperation across multiple sectors. Talks also covered Arab, regional, and international issues of common interest, with both sides noting a convergence of views. The session concluded with the signing of several agreements and memoranda of understanding, including visa exemption deals for diplomatic, special, and service passport holders, as well as cooperation agreements in customs, agriculture and food security, and retirement and social security systems between relevant institutions of both countries. Both nations expressed satisfaction with the progress of bilateral relations, reaffirming their commitment, under the leadership of King Mohammed VI and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, to elevate cooperation to broader horizons in line with the aspirations of their peoples.
