The Spanish authorities clarified in an Instagram awareness post that this regulation applies to all individuals crossing the Tarajal border, whether they are traveling to Morocco or returning to Ceuta. Officials confirmed that the law mandates every traveler entering or exiting Spain with 10,000 euros or its equivalent in other currencies, such as the Moroccan dirham, to declare it by completing the «S1» form, a straightforward and free legal procedure.
