DR ‹ › Bank of Africa has launched its inaugural series of webinars titled «Invest in Morocco Webinary», in collaboration with Morocco's 40 under 40, aiming to foster investment from Moroccan talents across the globe. The central theme revolved around how this dynamic contributes to national development. Echoing the sentiments of the royal address on this matter, the organizers emphasized the «mobilization of both state and private sectors», along with Moroccan expatriates, whose engagement is deemed «crucial as a strategic lever for national development». «Beyond the emotional bond that ties the diaspora to their homeland, it's about acknowledging and fully harnessing their potential as a reservoir of skills, an investment channel, a conduit of influence, and a natural bridge between Morocco and major international ecosystems,» a statement highlighted. In this light, the initiative is envisioned as «a space for convergence and action». It aims to «forge tangible connections among Moroccan talents worldwide, entrepreneurs, institutions, and financial partners, centered around real investment and growth opportunities in Morocco. It seeks to share strategic decision-making insights and practical experiences, while underscoring the ecosystem's role in entrepreneurial success». The organizers expressed satisfaction with the launch of these «digital gatherings designed to sustainably enhance the synergy between Moroccan talents abroad and the country's economic development». They noted that this event reaffirms the bank's longstanding commitment to supporting Moroccan expatriate investors since 2012 through «Regional Investment Seminars», conducted every summer in partnership with MFM Radio across various Moroccan regions. This initiative also complements the «Economic Meetings of Moroccan Expatriates», co-organized with the Moroccan World Trophies Foundation in several European capitals, and the «partnership with the Economic Forum of Moroccans Worldwide», held annually in Marrakech.
