The registration process for military service in 2025 was launched on Friday, April 25, and will run until June 23. This initiative targets young people aged 19 to 25 as of September 1, according to a statement from the Minister of the Interior. The central commission, chaired by the President of the Chamber at the Court of Cassation, held a meeting on April 17 at the Ministry of the Interior's headquarters, the statement specifies. The meeting focused on compiling the lists of individuals invited to complete the military service registration form for the next cohort, ensuring the principle of equality among citizens and maintaining a balance across Morocco's regions. To this end, young people who receive a notice to complete the registration form are urged to do so via the website (www.tajnid.ma) before the deadline. Young men and women who meet the age requirements but have not yet been summoned to complete the registration form, as well as those wishing to serve in the military, are encouraged to submit the form on the website (www.tajnid.ma) between April 25 and June 23, 2025. This operation is also open, by law, to young Moroccans living abroad who are registered in consular records and wish to serve. The Minister of the Interior also announces that young people can obtain information about military service from local administrative authorities near their residence, from the guidance service at the headquarters of provinces, prefectures, or district prefectures, or via the website: www.tajnid.ma.
