Dislog Group has fully acquired the shares and voting rights of Avon Beauty Products SARLU, the Moroccan subsidiary of cosmetics producer and direct seller Avon Cosmetics. The transaction was finalized on June 2, as announced on Monday. This move is part of Dislog Group's strategy to «strengthen its portfolio of brands exclusively represented in the Moroccan market», according to a company statement. Moncef Belkhayat, President of Dislog Group, stated that the acquisition reinforces the group's «beauty division», positioning it as «the Moroccan leader in the development of more than 200 brands linked to the life economy, particularly in hygiene, food, health, and beauty». The acquisition also supports «Avon Cosmetics' strategic roadmap, aimed at accelerating the availability of its products to consumers across all distribution channels», the statement added.
