The local development company Tangier Mobility has officially launched the «Stadium Access» (Wolouj Al-Malaab) web portal, a new digital platform designed to provide fans and users with real-time information on how to reach the Grand Tangier Stadium during major sporting events. The launch comes ahead of Friday's opening match between Morocco and Mozambique (November 14, 2025), marking the reopening of the Grand Stadium of Tangier following an extensive modernization process. According to a press release, the new website offers all the practical information needed to reach the stadium easily, through a user-friendly and intuitive interface. The platform identifies public parking areas around the Grand Stadium and provides direct routes from main roads. It also includes details about the free shuttle bus service available on match days to facilitate fan transportation. These buses will operate round trips from external parking areas, including Route de Rabat, the Corniche, Merkala, Place des Nations Unies, Riyad Tétouan, and the high-speed train station, to the stadium, ensuring smooth movement for ticket holders before and after the event. The site also provides alternative routes and detours for drivers not heading to the stadium, helping to reduce congestion in the sports district during peak traffic periods. It highlights temporary diversions and coordinated traffic plans developed in collaboration with local authorities to ensure fluid movement throughout the city during major matches. The «Stadium Access» initiative is part of Tangier's broader strategy to enhance the fan experience and streamline mobility management during major sports events hosted by the city.
