Eric Dupond-Moretti is bringing his one-man show, «I Said Yes!», to Morocco, with performances scheduled in three cities. In Rabat, the show will take place on December 19, 2025, at Bahnini Hall. It will then move to Casablanca on December 20 at the Studio des Arts Vivants, before a final performance in Marrakech on December 21 at the Meydene. Written by the French-Italian lawyer himself and directed by Philippe Lellouche, the show premiered on February 1 in Paris. It retraces the 36-year career of the celebrated defense attorney, spotlighting the legal battles and memorable encounters that shaped his path. Produced in collaboration with Mars Agency, Live Scène, and K-WET Productions, the Moroccan tour offers audiences the chance to discover a text that blends humor with heartfelt storytelling, drawn from the life of a man who served as France's Minister of Justice from 2020 to 2024. A year before taking office, Dupond-Moretti had already decided to step onto the stage. Once his tenure as Keeper of the Seals ended, he returned to the theater «to share his experiences, his challenges, and the behind-the-scenes of an exceptional role», according to a press release. Unsurprisingly, «I Said Yes!» delivers «a unique perspective on the judicial and political world», as well as on a period that Eric Dupond-Moretti himself describes as «crazy». The show promises to «captivate audiences from the very first minutes», mixing personal anecdotes, reflections on justice and power, and a healthy dose of self-deprecating humor. Born on April 20, 1961, in Maubeuge, Eric Dupond-Moretti rose to prominence as one of France's most high-profile defense lawyers, known for the many acquittals he secured throughout his career. «His childhood, marked by an early sense of injustice, and his extraordinary legal journey shape his sharp view of society and justice, a view he shares on stage with humor and insight», the statement adds.
