The victims were identified as a young man and his mother from the city of Khouribga, according to local media reports. The accident caused major traffic disruption, prompting the urgent intervention of emergency and security services to secure the area and restore traffic flow. Following notification of the incident, units of the Royal Gendarmerie, along with local authorities and civil protection teams, rushed to the scene.
