The company said it is mobilizing specialized teams to listen, guide, and support policyholders with their compensation claims. «This special line is open to all AXA Assurance Morocco clients reporting claims in the provinces of Larache, Kenitra, Sidi Kacem, and Sidi Slimane», the company said in a press release. Moncef Alami Chantoufi, Executive Director of Services & Customer Experience and Compensation, stated that the teams «are fully mobilized to respond to requests from clients impacted in the declared disaster regions and to assist them with care and efficiency». According to AXA, the initiative is designed to «reassure clients and maintain a direct connection» with policyholders in what it described as an exceptional context.
