DR ‹ › Morocco's national carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) announced on Monday the cancellation of its flights to and from Dubai and Doha until March 15, 2026, citing the current situation in the Middle East. The airline said in a statement shared to its X that its teams remain fully mobilized and are closely monitoring developments to ensure a safe resumption of operations once conditions allow. RAM advised passengers affected by the cancellations not to go to the airport, and instead to contact the airline's call center or their original point of sale. Travelers are also encouraged to check their flight status and update their contact details through the «Manage My Booking» section on the Royal Air Maroc website, where call center contact numbers are available. This is not the first time RAM has announced disruptions to its Middle East flights since the escalation of tensions in the region. On March 3, RAM had already announced the cancellation of all flights to and from Doha and Dubai scheduled for that day due to the closure of airspace in both destinations. Last week, 270 Moroccans stranded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, were evacuated on a special flight organized by Royal Air Maroc. The crisis began earlier in March when the United States and Israel launched strikes on Iran, prompting Tehran to retaliate with drone and missile attacks targeting Israel and several Gulf states, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain, causing casualties and disrupting regional stability.
