Deloitte, a global leader in audit and consulting, inaugurated its CyberAcademy in Casablanca on Friday, a training center dedicated to cybersecurity professions and connected to the Deloitte Morocco Cyber Center. The academy offers a comprehensive program covering every dimension of cybersecurity: technical, organizational, regulatory, and strategic. It is designed for working professionals, recent graduates, students, and individuals looking to change careers. On this occasion, Imade Elbaraka, president of the Deloitte Morocco Cyber Center, emphasized that given the strategic importance of cybersecurity skills for digital sovereignty, the CyberAcademy reflects Deloitte's commitment to building a pool of qualified talent in Morocco and across Africa. He highlighted that the contribution of academic partners, foremost among them Al Akhawayn University, will be crucial. The goal, he explained, is for Deloitte CyberAcademy to train new talent each year who can keep pace with the rapid evolution of the sector, providing organizations with profiles that meet their growing needs. The constant advancement of technological solutions, accelerated by the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), makes regular and rapid skills updates essential, he added. The Deloitte CyberAcademy offers a catalog of more than 60 certification courses in cybersecurity and AI, enabling participants to earn internationally recognized certifications. In addition, the academy provides customized training tailored to business needs, supported by academic partnerships and validated by international certification bodies such as ISC², ISACA, PECB, and Certi-Trust.
