The team recently advanced to the final match of the Africa Cup of Nations. During this occasion, the president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, Fouzi Lekjaa, along with national team coach Walid Regragui and team members, were introduced to His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid before posing for a commemorative photograph. This reception underscores the exceptional dedication that His Majesty the King consistently shows towards youth development, particularly through sports, highlighting his special focus on the sports sector and football in particular. Following the final match against Senegal, King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to the national team.
