DR ‹ › The Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports has announced the rollout of remote learning for students in regions of the Kingdom affected by recent adverse weather conditions. The measure aims to ensure educational continuity and protect students' right to schooling. Following the weather alerts issued on February 3 and 7, the ministry informed the public, as well as parents and guardians in the affected areas, that remote lessons have been organized due to the suspension of classes in several schools and the temporary relocation of some families. These lessons will cover this exceptional period, with a detailed timetable to be published shortly for both «Pioneer Schools» and other educational institutions. In a statement, the ministry said the lessons will be delivered by teachers trained in distance learning and in the use of virtual classrooms through the «e-Qissmi» program. The course schedule will be updated daily and made available on the ministry's official website (www.men.gov.ma) and on the Directorate of Educational and Digital Resources platform (taalimtice.ma). «The ministry strongly encourages parents and guardians to actively engage in this process and to support their children in making full use of these educational resources», the statement added. Families are advised to access the link corresponding to their child's educational level or scan the designated QR code, while adhering to the official course schedule and start dates set under the program.
