The case came to light following a report received by gendarmerie services, which opened a judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office to determine the circumstances of the alleged acts. Sources indicate that the suspect initially denied the accusations during questioning, but later made certain statements during the course of the investigation. Following further interrogation, prosecutors decided to proceed with legal action while keeping him in custody. He has since been placed in the local prison in Al-Oudaya pending trial, in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
