DR ‹ › In a bold attempt to enter Ceuta, a migrant from sub-Saharan Africa tried to cross the border by paraglider on Wednesday evening. His plan failed when he became entangled in the first border fence. Security sources, cited by EFE, said the young man took off from the Moroccan highlands, hoping to fly over the double fence separating Ceuta from Morocco. However, a lack of sufficient wind caused him to lose altitude, and he only managed to reach the first barrier, where he was unable to continue. The Royal Moroccan Gendarmerie later intervened and arrested him, without any involvement from the Spanish Civil Guard.
