DR ‹ › A Ryanair flight bound for Morocco was forced to make an emergency diversion to southwestern France on April 19 following a medical incident on board. Flight FR5948, operated by a Boeing 737 MAX 8, was traveling from Brussels South Charleroi Airport to Saniat Rmel Airport in Tétouan when the crew declared an emergency. The aircraft carried out a rapid descent to secure a priority landing at Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport. The plane landed safely, allowing emergency medical teams to board quickly and assist a passenger in distress. After the medical evacuation and completion of required procedures, the flight resumed its journey to Morocco.
