In a statement, the Larache provincial authorities said that, after confirming improved conditions and compliance with safety standards, all residents can safely return. The authorities also praised the population's sense of responsibility throughout the return process and affirmed that on-the-ground monitoring will continue to ensure a full restoration of normal life in the city and its surroundings.
