The Atlas Lions have climbed one place to reclaim 11th in the latest FIFA Men's World Ranking, published Wednesday by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA). With two wins, Morocco now totals 1713.12 points, an increase of 3.01 points compared to the October ranking, benefiting from Italy's drop to 12th after losing two places. Morocco is just behind Croatia (10th, +1) with 1716.88 points, Germany (9th, +1) with 1724.15 points, and Belgium (8th). At the top of the table, the leading trio remains unchanged: Spain (1st), Argentina (2nd) and France (3rd), followed by England, which maintains 4th place. Further down, Brazil climbs two spots to 5th, followed by Portugal (6th, -1) and the Netherlands (7th, -1). In Africa, Morocco continues to lead the continent, ahead of Senegal (19th worldwide, -1). They are followed by Egypt (34th, -2) and Algeria (35th). The biggest jumps in the ranking occurred lower down the table. Malta (161st) gained five places, while the Republic of Ireland (59th) earned the most points (+34.86). The steepest drop was recorded by El Salvador (100th), which fell six places, while Denmark (21st) lost the highest number of points (-24.27).
