DR ‹ › Tesla has announced the launch of its operations in Morocco, marking its official entry into the local market and the opening of its first physical presence in the country. In a press release, the American electric vehicle manufacturer said it will activate its online configurator in Morocco on Friday, February 6, allowing customers to configure and order Tesla vehicles locally for the first time. On the same day, Tesla will inaugurate its first pop-up store in Casablanca, located at Anfaplace Mall, and host a public launch event. Starting at 8:00 p.m., at Anfaplace Mall, the event will introduce visitors to Tesla's mission, technology, and best-selling electric vehicles. Attendees will be able to view Tesla models on static display, interact with product experts, and learn more about vehicle ownership, charging solutions, and the integration of electric vehicles into everyday life. The Anfaplace Mall location will become Tesla's first physical store in Morocco and on the African continent, according to the company. Visitors will be able to discover the Model 3 and Model Y, speak with Tesla specialists, and explore how the vehicles can suit different lifestyles. Tesla already maintains a presence in Morocco through its Supercharger network, with 24 fast-charging stations operating 24/7 in Agadir, Casablanca, Fes, Marrakech, Rabat, and Tangier. The company said it plans to continue expanding this network in the coming months to support the growing adoption of electric vehicles across the country.
