DR ‹ › The Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform (MTNRA) is spearheading the co-development of a cutting-edge meta-application, Idarati x.0. This initiative is designed to «bring citizens closer to the administration by providing them with intelligent access to various services, moving beyond mere centralized routing to these services», according to an official statement. The project is in line with the principles of «Privacy by Design» and «Security by Design». It also incorporates insights from workshops initiated by the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) on the concept of a digital wallet. In this context, the ministry and the CNDP are calling on several institutions to «contribute to defining and verifying the architectural options that will facilitate the creation of a meta-application. This will utilize a national smart wallet of containers, linked to the sovereign national identity (national identity card) provided by the National Directorate of National Security (DGSN)». Among the first to join forces with the MTNRA and the CNDP are the ministries of Youth, Culture and Communication, Transport and Logistics, alongside the National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC), the National Road Safety Agency (NARSA), the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), and companies such as IDAKTO, SHAREID, and La Marocaine Electronique des e-services.
